RETRACTION DEMANDED: The Washington Post reports: “Attorneys for Ryan Zimmerman of the Washington Nationals and Ryan Howard of the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday sent letters to Al Jazeera America, demanding the retraction of information contained in the network’s documentary that aired over the weekend—a report that linked both to performance-enhancing drugs—according to people with knowledge of the situation.” NLJ affiliate The American Lawyer has this report: Big Litigation Guns Hired in Wake of Controversial Al Jazeera Report.
