The U.S. Supreme Court was asked Wednesday to overturn the federal law that prohibits expressive activity on its own marble plaza.
Washington attorney Jeffrey Light, who has represented protesters arrested for demonstrating inside and outside the court building, filed the Supreme Court petition in Hodge v. Talkin after a federal appeals court upheld the law.
