Ending a 17-year bid for accreditation, the University of La Verne College of Law has gained full approval from the American Bar Association.

The ABA’s Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar at its meeting on March 11 in Phoenix voted to upgrade the Ontario, California, law school’s accreditation status from provisional, which ends its accreditation effort that began in 1999. La Verne becomes the 202nd law school to have full accreditation by the ABA.
