Winston & Strawn Sues Flash-Drive Maker for $1.7 Million in Fees

Winston & Strawn said it represented Macronix in patent matters beginning in August 2013. The firm didn’t include details about its hourly rates in the complaint. The firm said it made adjustments to its invoices when Macronix “raised issues” about them.
