The four current law clerks of the late Justice Antonin Scalia have been reassigned to work for the rest of the term for two of his conservative U.S. Supreme Court allies: Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito Jr.
The court confirmed on Monday that Scalia clerks Sopan Joshi, a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and Michael Kenneally from Harvard Law School are working in Alito’s chambers, while Taylor Meehan from the University of Chicago Law School and Jonathan Urick of the University of Virginia School of Law are clerking for Thomas.
