Frank Jimenez is the general counsel at Raytheon Co., a major defense contractor. Founded in 1922, Raytheon provides electronics products and services; mission systems integration, capabilities in command, control, communications, computing, cyber and intelligence; sensing; and communications systems.
Headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, Raytheon employs around 61,000; Jimenez said the recent hiring trend is slightly up. Raytheon revenues were roughly $23 billion in 2015.
