Jennifer Hill is general counsel at Peak Campus Management LLC, a manager and developer of student housing in 68 college markets across the U.S. Hill said Peak provides “top of the line apartments” for undergrads and graduate students.
The graduate facilities, like those near the business and law schools at the University of Virginia, Hill said, emphasize study areas, amenities, and quiet spaces. Privately held Peak would not disclose revenue, but Hill said the Atlanta-based firm has about 1,200 employees; hiring is up due to growth.
