In 2015, Much Shelist principal Steven Blonder, as co-lead counsel with Robert Stein III of AlvaradoSmith, brought to a successful conclusion a class action against Ticketmaster on behalf of more than 50 million ticket purchasers across the nation.

The suit, first filed in 2003 in Los Angeles Superior Court under California’s unfair-competition statute, charged, in part, that Ticketmaster misrepresented its order processing and UPS delivery fees. The case also involved issues of first impression relating to the federal Class Action Fairness Act, passed by Congress in 2004, and California law.
