Kenneth “KC” Ward, the California trial lawyer, has become Archer Norris’ chicken man.
Speaking about a case he won last year, he can rattle off the finer details of food-borne bacteria, human antibodies and, yes, grocery-store chicken. Ward, along with Archer Norris partner Sharon Collier, defends Foster Farms, a poultry provider, in tort and casualty trials.
