In 2015, the firm helped position once-bankrupt air cargo services provider Southern Air Holdings Inc. into a sale target by handling a debt swap transaction and subsidiary Worldwide Air Logistics Group Inc.’s purchase of Florida West International Airways Inc. Southern Air sold for $110 million this year to Atlas Air Worldwide Holding Inc.
