PHILADELPHIA — A federal judge has rejected Sunoco Inc.’s bid to arbitrate a proposed class action over alleged false advertising of its fuel rewards card benefits.
U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond denied Sunoco’s motion to compel arbitration in lead plaintiff Donald White’s proposed class action against the company because Sunoco was not contractually entitled to arbitration.
