Hillary Clinton’s personal lawyers on Monday shot back at a government watchdog’s efforts to depose the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee about her use of a private email server.
A team from Williams & Connolly, led by longtime Clinton family lawyer David Kendall, argued in court papers that Judicial Watch, the group pushing to depose Clinton, wanted to ask questions it already had answers to or that were irrelevant.
