Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy has hired a longtime patent lawyer away from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in Washington.
Cadwalader partner Kristin Yohannan joined Milbank’s nearly 40-lawyer IP practice as special counsel earlier this month, bringing to the firm trial experience before the International Trade Commission and the Federal Circuit.
