Recently I presented an ethics CLE program for more than 160 lawyers in a rural location. Most of the reviews were very positive. One comment rankled me: “So glad Mr. St. Louis Super Lawyer could tell me my general practice is unethical.”

Having presented more than 450 continuing legal education programs, I am far past trying to make everyone happy. Usually negative comments roll off. But this one hit a nerve.
