The founder of the online classifieds company Backpage.com must comply with a U.S. Senate subpoena seeking documents for a congressional investigation of sex trafficking, a Washington federal judge ruled Friday. Lawyers from Akin Gump and Davis Wright argued, unsuccessfully, the subpoena is overly broad and violates the First Amendment.
