Chad Jerdee is the general counsel at Accenture Ltd., a provider of technology services, including computer technology, installations and strategic consulting. Jerdee said 40 percent of Accenture’s business is the digital internet, connecting technology platforms, plant operations, mobile operations, apps and analytics.
The company employs about 375,000 in more than 120 countries. The CEO is based in Paris; Jerdee works in Chicago.
