Rapper Snoop Dogg is headed to trial against Pabst after a Los Angeles judge refused to toss a case claiming he’s owed up to $6 million from the brewery’s recent $700 million sale, according to a lawyer in the case.

Snoop Dogg, former pitchman for Pabst’s Blast by Colt 45 malt beverage, claims the 2014 sale of Pabst to a group of investors triggered a portion of a promotional contract under which he is entitled to 10 percent of the “net sales price.”
