Tracy Caswell is the general counsel at Comverge Inc., a provider of software and systems that manage demand and of equipment primarily for utilities. The company says it has worked with hundreds of electric utilities to deploy nearly 6 million energy management devices and enroll more than 1.8 million residential customers into demand-management programs.
Based in Norcross, Georgia, Comverge employs around 300. Caswell said the hiring trend is steady. The company rang up $67 million in revenue in 2015.
