The longtime leader of Wiley Rein’s marquee telecommunications practice and its top wireless and satellite technology partner have switched firms, Wiley Rein confirmed late Tuesday.
R. Michael Senkowski, chair of the telecommunications group, and Nancy Victory, who chaired the firm’s wireless group, moved to DLA Piper, a much larger global firm.
