About four years ago, I made the leap from being a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine to Uber Technologies Inc. There were a number of reasons for the leap, but primary among them was the product — I fell in love with the Uber app. I fell in love with it because it solved a real-life problem in my life — the need for reliable, on-demand transportation.

As Women Leaders in Tech Law and as friends of Women Leaders in Tech Law, my guess is that this is a room that understands the nexus between effective problem-solving and success.
