Reality television star Bill Busbice has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Chicago law firm Collins Bargione & Vuckovich and its name partner, Adrian Vuckovich, alleging they helped funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars to a group of “con men” as part of an alleged film investment scam.

Busbice, star of the A&E reality show “Country Buck$,” claims in the suit that three men used fake bank records and false assurances to convince him to invest $10.9 million in four films slated to feature stars like Harry Connick Jr. and Nicolas Cage. Instead, they used his money to pay for personal items, according to the complaint, which was filed on Nov. 15 in federal court in Los Angeles.
