Geoffrey Harrison minces few words when he describes proponents of a petition to repeal the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance, or HERO, which grants equal protections to LGBT individuals. “A misguided three-ring circus of discrimination, intolerance and hate,” the Houston-based Susman Godfrey partner said.
Harrison represented the city of Houston in the proponents’ lawsuit against the city in February 2015.
