AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson and Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes pitched their companies’ $85B merger to U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee members on Wednesday. Stephenson’s testimony is here, and Bewkes’s testimony is here. The committee posted the hearing video here.

Mark Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks pro basketball team, testified in support of the deal. Gene Kimmelman, chief executive of the consumer advocate Public Knowledge, testified against the merger. Daphna Ziman, president of the television network CinÉmoi, testified in opposition to the merger.
