The U.S. Labor Department on Friday released a second batch of frequently-asked-questions on the agency’s fiduciary rule.
The questions in the 16-page FAQ are “meant especially for workers and retirement investors,” said Phyllis Borzi, assistant secretary of Labor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration. Regulators deployed the FAQs to the public Friday afternoon through an email subscription service.
