Journalist and activist Nat Hentoff, who died at age 91 on Jan. 7, was a prolific writer who authored more than 35 books. Most were about two passions — civil liberties and jazz.
From 2000 to 2002, Hentoff also wrote a regular column called “Due Process” for Legal Times, which merged with The National Law Journal in 2009.
