With immigration law top of mind at many firms, Seyfarth Shaw has beefed up its employment practice by hiring Leon Rodriguez, who most recently served as director of U.S. Citizens and Immigration Services at the Department of Homeland Security.
Rodriguez will join Seyfarth Shaw’s labor and employment department in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 15, the firm said Wednesday, and will work in its business immigration group. He left his government post on Jan. 20 amid the transition in Washington.
