Given the myriad executive orders regulating federal contractors that were implemented by the last administration and remain in place today, do you have any plans or timetables for repealing those orders where appropriate, or otherwise revising then to provide more clarity to those business that have been impacted?

What direction will you provide to the DOL with respect to the eligibility requirements for the white-collar exemptions, including the changes to the salary components that were enjoined as well as to other aspects of the exemptions, such as the duties test(s)?
What direction will you provide to the DOL with respect to all of the different laws it administers concerning the inter-related concepts of independent contractors, joint employment and franchisee-franchisor relationships?
