SAN FRANCISCO – A federal appeals court has rejected the Trump administration’s bid to freeze proceedings over its controversial travel ban while the White House lays plans to issue a new one.
In a one-page order Monday, a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit denied the administration’s motion to hold the case in abeyance pending a “substantially revised” executive order.
