This month, to help us unpack major regulatory action in Washington, we led a conversation between two former top federal regulators — William “Bill” Schultz and Ladd Wiley — who served under different presidents.

Schultz, former general counsel at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services [HHS] under former President Barack Obama, is now a partner at Zuckerman Spaeder in Washington, D.C. Wiley, who was principal deputy general counsel and counselor to the Health and Human Services secretary under former President George W. Bush, is now a consultant at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Washington.
