Simpson Thacher & Bartlett announced Monday its addition of former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission associate general counsel David Blass as a partner for its investment funds practice in Washington D.C.
Blass joins the Wall Street firm after nearly three years as general counsel for the Investment Company Institute (ICI), a trade association for the investment funds industry based in the nation’s capital.
