Stanford Law School's Supreme Court Litigation Clinic has achieved a milestone that only a few law firms have accomplished over the years: back-to-back arguments in the U.S. Supreme Court. The justices heard arguments Monday by the clinic's full-time faculty, professors Jeffrey Fisher and Pamela Karlan. The clinic reports that its lawyers are arguing six cases this semester � more than any other private law firm in the country for the court's January through April sittings.
