Most lawyer who seek media attention dream of being interviewed on television after a big win. Indeed, lawyers with an important courtroom victory may attract the attention of the press, but most often this will be the print media.

Television, while offering some opportunities for positive coverage, is unfortunately more likely to call a lawyer, or the client, when the story is unflattering, embarrassing, or scandalous.
