Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton has lured a third lawyer from the leadership ranks of the District of Columbia U.S. Attorney's Office. Criminal Division chief Daniel Seikaly will join the firm's year-old D.C. office in August and reunite with colleagues Roscoe Howard Jr., former U.S. attorney, and Mark Nagle, the office's former Civil Division chief, who joined Sheppard, Mullin in June.
