Recently, at the huge LegalTech tradeshow in New York, I saw a lot of, well, legal tech. But there was one product that really excited me as a practicing lawyer. It was Recommind’s MindServer Legal, or what you might call “Google for law firms.”

MindServer is an enterprise search engine that organizes, manages and distributes text from multiple sources. It integrates with and culls information from all of a firm’s databases, including document management systems such as iManage, e-mail applications, time and billing programs, intranets, and any other file system, database, Web site or text source the firm may use.
