Bracewell & Giuliani has recruited the former head of the U.S. corporate practice of British legal giant Linklaters.
Mark Palmer and two former Linklaters associates, Jonathan Gill and Robb Tretter, will join the 22-lawyer New York office of Houston-based Bracewell & Giuliani as partners. Palmer will become head of the firm’s New York corporate practice.
