Southeastern law firm Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice is the latest big player to set up shop in Delaware. The Am Law 100 firm officially opened its Wilmington, Del., office on May 26 on the 15th floor of 222 Delaware Ave. with six intellectual property lawyers from the Wilmington office of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, including heavy-hitter George Pazuniak, the managing member.

Joining Pazuniak were Gerard O’Rourke, member; Oleh V. Bilynsky, senior counsel; plus three associates: James M. Lennon, Kevin M. Baird and Stephen J. MacKenzie.
