Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe bolstered its China practice, grabbing structured-finance lawyer Michelle Taylor for its Hong Kong office, the firm said last week.

Taylor comes to Orrick from Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker’s Hong Kong office where she was a partner in the corporate group. She’ll join Orrick’s 23-lawyer Hong Kong office as a partner in the firm’s global structured-finance practice.
