Holland & Knight announced Monday that it lured away the chair of Akerman Senterfitt’s securities practice and two other Akerman shareholders who focus on securities, mergers and acquisitions and international corporate transactions.
The three lawyers who will join Holland’s securities and public companies practice as partners are Kara L. MacCullough, former chair of Akerman’s securities practice, Laurie Green and Esther L. Moreno.
