Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner opened a Shanghai outpost last August with just two partners.
Since then, the office has grown to a total of 11 lawyers. The latest addition is David Tang, a corporate of counsel who is joining from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, the firm announced Thursday.
