Luna as associates from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Davis was formerly the co-head of the mergers and acquisitions practice at Alston, where he was lead outside counsel for Cingular Wireless in its $1.4 billion purchase of FCC licenses out of the bankruptcy from NextWave Telecom.
