Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, which has its biggest office in Chicago, is opening a new location in Charlotte, N.C., taking 18 attorneys from Kilpatrick Stockton to start up the new office.
John Nicholas ‘Jay’ Suhr, one of the attorneys coming over from Kilpatrick Stockton, will be managing partner in Charlotte. He will lead a team that has specialized in the area of capital markets, including work with commercial mortgage-backed securities and related loans.
