Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky announced Tuesday that it was launching an employee benefits practice to be led by former Winston & Strawn partner Manes M. Merrit. Merrit handles employee benefits and executive compensation matters in connection with both major transactions and ongoing operations.
