A pair of multimillion dollar breach-of-contract and age discrimination cases against Richmond, Va.-based Hunton & Williams may soon be settled, says the attorney for the plaintiffs, Donald Temple.
Temple is representing David Geneson, a white-collar defense specialist who spent more than 16 years at the firm, first as counsel and then as partner. Geneson left last year to become partner in the D.C. office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.
