Fewer major U.S. corporations are being sued this year than last, a new law firm commissioned study finds.
Seventeen percent of corporate counsel surveyed got through the 12-month period ending in June without being sued, up from 11 percent in the prior 12 months, according to the report by Houston-based Fulbright & Jaworski.
