Some crab fishermen who were forced to stay ashore following last month’s San Francisco Bay oil spill are now hauling in a big catch, thanks to their lawyers.
Michael Duncheon, a San Francisco partner at Hanson, Bridgett, Marcus, Vlahos & Rudy, said his firm reached an agreement with an insurance company that represents the owner of the Cosco Busan container ship, to prepay for some economic damages caused by the spill.
