Although many law firms have policies designed to help lawyers balance the demands of their careers with the demands of their family lives, law culture itself inhibits lawyers from using those policies.
That’s the bottom line of a recently released 10-month study conducted by the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Task Force on Professional Challenges and Family Needs.
