Paris-based Publicis Groupe, one of the world's leading media firms, is expanding its New York City operations at 1675 Broadway. Publicis has signed a renewal and expansion lease with Rudin Management Company Inc. for a total of 580,000 square feet, including an addition of 100,000 square feet. The duration of the lease is through 2031. The communications group also plans to move Publicis Worldwide North America, now at 950 Avenue of the Americas, to the Broadway building in 2016.

“We're delighted that 1675 Broadway will continue to serve as the home for this global media firm, which has been headquartered in our building for nearly three decades,” Bill Rudin, co-vice chairman and CEO, said in a statement. Rudin Management is the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings.

John Seligman, a partner at Davis & Gilbert, represented Publicis Groupe and its North America entity.
