After 14 years as Westchester County Surrogate, Anthony Scarpino has left the bench to lead an estates and trusts practice at DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Wise and Wiederkehr in White Plains.
Scarpino, who retired Jan. 31 after 30 years in the judiciary, joined as partner to expand the trusts and estates practice of the 32-attorney firm.
“I cannot think of anyone better qualified and more uniquely experienced for this specialized area of practice than Tony,” managing partner Alfred Donnellan said in a statement.
