• Lowey Dannenberg Cohen & Hart has appointed Barbara Hart as its new president and CEO and appointed Gerald Lawrence as its chief operating officer. Founder Stephen Lowey will become counsel to the firm.
• Cullen and Dykman has added banking attorneys Jeffrey Allister and Carlos Naudon as of counsel. They were founding partners of Allister & Naudon.
