Dolce & Gabbana has designs on 155 Mercer St. for the opening of a new store in SoHo, between West Houston and Prince streets.
The Milan-based luxury brand has signed a seven-year lease with Thor Equities for 15,000 square feet, the entire four-story property, and 50 feet of frontage facing Mercer Street. Retail locations in the area are in high demand and rarely become available, according to Thor.
